As the President and Co-Founder of Reiger Shore Capital, Greg Shore is a distinguished Senior Financial Executive with extensive expertise in technology, capital markets, and financial services. His strong executive presence and consultative approach, combined with a deep understanding of market conditions, enable him to deliver tailored financial solutions across various industries. With a proven track record in strategic planning, digital transformations, and restructuring, Greg has consistently driven operational excellence and financial growth for a diverse range of organizations.

Prior to Reiger Shore Capital, Greg most recently served as Managing Director and Head of Transactions at Community Capital Technology in New York, where he revolutionized the firm's commercial operations and debt capital market strategies. His role spanned the entire loan marketplace, from deal sourcing to execution, and he played a crucial consultative role in aligning financial institutions' balance sheet goals with strategic objectives. Under his leadership, banks, credit unions, and non-bank financial institutions have secured lending opportunities through strategic partnerships and strengthened client relationships.

Previously, Greg held several leadership roles at several large Financial Services Institutions across Capital Markets, Credit, Risk Management, Underwriting, and Relationship Management.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Pennsylvania State University and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University. His career reflects a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence, making him a key asset in transforming financial and operational frameworks to achieve organizational goals.

Sabrina Shore is a dynamic businesswoman and entrepreneur dedicated to driving growth and building successful enterprises. With a passion for leveraging digital marketing and advanced PR services, Sabrina has helped a diverse range of businesses expand their reach and achieve significant results. Her extensive background includes roles as an international travel agent, college professor, researcher, and hotel associate, providing her with a unique global perspective that enhances her ability to connect businesses with their target markets.

Sabrina graduated cum laude with a BA in Tourism and Hospitality in 2011 and completed her MS in Tourism Management in 2013. Her career path led her to various fields around the world before founding Influence Digital Solutions in 2018. Before starting her own company, Sabrina worked as a Digital Marketing Manager at one of NYC's top travel agencies, where she realized her potential to help businesses and startups expand their brands and achieve their growth goals.

Currently residing in the NY Metro area with her family, Sabrina is also actively involved in community service. She serves as the Immediate President of the International Live Events Association (ILEA) – New York Metro Chapter, Director of Community Service for the Wedding International Professionals Association (WIPA), Director of PR for the National Board of Wish Upon a Wedding, and as a Volunteer Ambassador for Volunteer New York!, where she contributes to various social causes including meal service, student tutoring, and advocacy for social justice.

Nate Cercone is a strategic leader with a career spanning capital markets, technology, and consulting. He began his career in capital markets, developing a deep understanding of financial strategy, corporate growth, and market dynamics before transitioning into the tech industry. At Oracle, Nate gained expertise in enterprise technology, business transformation, and value-driven sales, positioning him at the intersection of finance and technology.

Leveraging this diverse background, he went on to found two consulting firms dedicated to helping tech companies scale, optimize operations, and drive revenue growth. With a keen ability to bridge financial acumen and technological innovation, Nate has advised global organizations on go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, and digital transformation.

An entrepreneur at heart, Nate thrives on solving complex business challenges and unlocking new opportunities for companies at every stage of growth. His approach blends analytical rigor with a visionary mindset, ensuring organizations not only navigate change but capitalize on it.

Nate holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems, equipping him with a unique blend of business strategy and technical expertise.
